A few days before your arrival we will send you simple instructions to collect the keys independently and enjoy your holiday.

The prices you find on the site are per the whole House per night.

When booking, a deposit and a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

A deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance of the stay will be paid in the structure.
(I accept credit cards but only for payment in the facility. Not remotely.)

The swimming pool is open from April to October and is for the exclusive use of guests and is not shared with anyone.

Unfortunately our structure is not reachable by public transport.
Upon request we can book a transfer service for you from the airport or station.

We are sorry but we cannot accommodate animals.

All our accommodations and outdoor spaces are non-smoking.

Cancellations and/or changes to reservations made on our site are FREE if requested within the terms specified during the booking and must be communicated via email to the address info@casaleilfontanellino.com.
Cancellations or modifications of reservations made through portals such as booking.com, airbnb.com, Expedia.com etc. must be communicated following the procedures established by the relevant portals.
